Janet (Condra) Cole
formerly of Pepperell, MA; 68

NEW ALBANY, INDIANA -- Funeral Services for Janet (Condra) Cole, 68, formerly of Pepperell, Massachusetts were held on July 8th, at Spring Valley Funeral Home, in New Albany Indiana. She died Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012 at Lincoln Hills Health Center, New Albany, surrounded by her loving family.

Janet was a member of the Class of 1961, Pepperell High School in Pepperell, Mass. She worked in retail most of her life. For a time she operated a flea market business in New Albany in the early 1970's. Janet had been ill for several years. She is now in Gods embrace.

Janet was the 5th of 12 children born to the late Edward and Evelyn (Wolpert) Condra. Survivors include her husband, Harold K. Cole; seven children, Lisa Robertson, Chad Mattern and his wife, Alisa, Jason Mattern, Harold R. Cole and his wife, Theresa, Darrell Cole and his wife, Maggie, Barbra Ray and her husband, Ray and Angela Cole; one sister Sandra (Condra) Goodwin; nine brothers, Brian Condra, Bruce Condra, Tommy Condra, Edward Condra Jr., Don Condra, Bill Condra, Gary Condra, Jim Condra and Randy Condra. She had 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Linda Ann Condra.

Janet was always pleasant and full of smiles for everyone. She could be a comedian as well sensitive to others. It has been many many years since I last saw Janet but everytime I go past that house on Brookline St in Pepperell I remember all of the great memories. Rest now Janet, but you are not forgotten.
