Amy Clark Nemec

GRANVILLE: Amy Clark Nemec of Granville, Ohio, age 47, passed away Monday May 16, 2016 in Columbus, OH after a long and courageous battle with leukemia. A caring and devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her husband, Matt Nemec and their children, Emily and Andrew; her mother, Marilyn J Clark of Granville, OH; brother, David Clark of San Diego, CA; her in-laws, Karen and Peter Wahl of New Albany; her father's widow, Patricia Kruger of Charleston SC; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Toby G Clark.

Born in Detroit, MI, she grew up in Texas and has resided in the central Ohio area since 1993. She holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas, Arlington and a BS from Towson State University. She was employed by Lifeline Screening in Columbus for many years.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19 from 7-9 pm at Centenary United Methodist Church, 102 E. Broadway in Granville. A memorial service will be Friday, May 20 at 1:00 pm also at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society, 2215 Citygate Dr. Suite A, Columbus, OH 43219 or the Park National Bank Memorial Fund for her children.
