Remembering Janet is a bright spot in my day. I feel lucky to have had her as my cousin. I remember her smile and her gentle manner as I think of her this morning.

I am so very sad to learn that Janet is gone, and regret that I learned too late to come to services to pay respects. I am one of Janet's Monroe family cousins and remember well seeing and talking with her at family gatherings in the recent past. What a gentle and welcoming spirit she was! A real loss to the family. My sympathy to all those close to her.

I am a friend from the Embroiderer's Guild. I will miss Janet and her kind and gentle presence. She always had a smile for everyone. She and I talked about our grandchildren and our shared health crisis (cancer.)

Condolences to all of the family during this time of sorrow.

To all of Janet's family and friends. Really hard to find words to let you know how sad I was to hear about Janet. To you Marlene and the extended family, my prayers that you may find comfort in knowing that others care. God bless! With caring, Ruth (Bieberbach) McConnell.
