Charles Hardy Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Hardy; two daughters, Ann Gent of Mebane and Kathryn Hardy of Bridgeton; two stepdaughters, Janice Peterson and Joyce Arnold, both of New Bern; two stepsons, Dewayne James and Dwight James, both of New Bern; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 22, 2014, at Neuse River Baptist Church in New Bern with Pastor Jesse Pittman officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Crystal Coast Hospice House or to Neuse River Baptist Church.

Arrangements are by Kahlert Funerals & Cremations in Maysville.

Billie & family, I am sorry for your loss. Mr. Charles was a hard working man & a joy to be around. I enjoyed those years as your neighbor on Neuse Cliff Rd. He had a laugh that let you know he enjoyed life. Although he had overcome many obstacles & pain in life, he kept going. He will suffer no more. From Beaufort, NC....Bruce A. Morrison
