This is a difficult passing to accept. My conversations with Uncle Greg were infrequent, but even so, he was a wonderful father figure in my life. I will miss hearing his background commentary when talking on the phone with my Aunt Barbara. He was truly an incredible, generous and kind human being. Sending all my love to the family.

I was so sad to hear of Greg's passing. Please accept my condolences. I had the good fortune to work with Greg for several years as he provided IT services to our firm. I always looked forward to our discussions about ice hockey, and the Boston Bruins with Greg. I will certainly miss him, but remember him fondly. He was a truly nice guy.

Greg was all the things stated in his beautifully written obituary, but--to a little white dog (and his owners in Bloomfield)--he was a whole lot more: Greg and his several groups played tennis at our house. Max, our dog, knows who brings "cookies" and recognizes them when they exit their cars. No one got a more enthusiastic "hello" than Greg because Max knew that he always had cookies for him (baked often--Greg would say proudly--by his daughter). The only creature, canine or human, who got more pleasure than Max getting the cookies, was Greg, who obviously loved dogs, a sure-fire test of character and decency. My wife, KK, and I send our condolences at your sudden and profound loss. There was no one more full of life--and appreciative of its gifts--than Greg. It was never "too hot or too cold" to play tennis....he reveled in the activity, the fellowship, and the commitment--always--to improve his already outstanding game. His was a life well-lived but ended far too short. He will be in our thoughts and missed by the dog and the people in this house.
