Nancy Neumann

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy (Paradise) Neumann, on September 21, 2023. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and cherished friend to many. At the age of 66, she left behind a legacy of love, compassion, and generosity. Nancy touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her with her warmth and kindness. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Kurt Corky Neumann, and children, Erica and Kyle Neumann. Her grandsons, Xyron, Jaxon, and Tristan, brought immeasurable joy to her life, and she took great pride in their every accomplishment. She was predeceased by her parents, Bernard Paradise and Lorraine (Fournier) Paradise. Her love knew no bounds for her two sisters, Cynthia (Dennis) Badenhop of Torrington, CT, and Janet (Roger) MacFarland of Terryville, CT, as well as her sister-in-law Lisa Paradise of Plymouth, CT.

Nancy offered a special kind of love and care to her nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family friends, leaving them with treasured memories.

Some of her happiest moments were spent camping at Misquamicut beach. A passionate advocate for animals, Nancy dedicated her time and tireless efforts to a local animal rescue organization and served as its president for several years. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family kindly requests that donations be directed to the Connecticut Humane Society, an organization close to Nancy's heart.

Her legacy lives on through the lives she touched, and her spirit will forever be cherished.
