Best math teacher I ever had. I actually learned in his class. You will be missed Mr. Russo. Thank you for everything. You got me through HS.

So sorry to hear this; he was my 10th grade geometry teacher, and my sister had him the following year.
He had a way to keep me inspired, proving & disproving theorems, etc., on the board.
My condolences to all; he was a great teacher!

Mr.Russo was my math teacher at Wilton High School in the 69-70 school year. He taught with enthusiasm, his classes were never boring. He was involved with the students more than that of a Teacher but as a counselor as he was also a class advisor for my class. He had a positive outlook which he conveyed to all he met. He once told me that I should take a classmate, Jo Ann, to a class dance. I had no idea that he sensed that I liked her. Eight years later, we married (46 years). As the years passed, l often thought about Mr. Russo and his positive influence on me. He was a dynamic individual and was demonstrating his "Get Lost" philosophy as a teacher.
I am so sorry for your loss, he was truly an inspiring individual.
