Cade Eric Bo Knight, born December 27, 1993, passed away into eternal life December 18, 2022. Cade loved life and especially treasured where he was from. He spent a lot of time outside. He enjoyed rafting the Pigeon, water skiing on Douglas, skiing Cataloochee Mountain, mountain biking the Halls Top area, and shooting guns on the farm.
He is survived by his parents Eric & Kristie Knight; brother Coven Knight; girlfriend Molly Jones; son Banks Eric Knight; best dog Henry; grandparents Ronnie and Pat Knight; aunts & uncles Kim & Randall Brooks, Brooke & Brian Askew; cousins Kelsey (Brent) Ward, Kinzey (Patrick) Bradley, & Dane Askew. great aunts & uncles Larry McCarter (Kathy), Gail (Dennis) Rimmer, Cecilia Gregg, Catrina Knight Euretha Byrd (Nealious), Phillip Hawk, Martha Hawk, Rosalee Ball; also other family and friends.
Preceded in death by his great grandparents, Elmer & Betty Knight, Buck McCarter, Beulah McCarter, Walter and Nina Brooks, Grandparents Guy & Nancy Hawk, Uncle Bo Hawk. Great Aunts & Uncles, Pierce McCarter, Bob Knight, Walter Hawk, Mary Hawk, Bill & Betty Hawk, Dit Ball; and many friends and extended family.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the farm behind Manning Chapel Church, with Randall Frisbee and Jeff Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
