We met Stephen in Boy Scouts and he and our son were friends. After we left scouts, whenever I saw Stephen he always greeted me with a big smile and a hug. He was always happy to see you.

My thoughts and prayers for Stephen and his family. I work for the Somerset Police Department, and I trained Stephen on the desk. What I remember most was, he always spoke about his wife and his little girl.
