Dylan Ash Obituary
Dylan is survived by his mother, Cynthia Ash (Gizigian); his brother, Bryan Ash; his sisters, Valerie Ash and Stephanie Ash; his surrogate father, Dr. Kenneth J. Kosovich, DDS; and his dog, Sparky.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Brittany Ash; dearest grandmother, Alis Gizigian; and other beloved pets, Ginger and Skittles.
Dylan was born on April 15, 1993 in Minot, North Dakota. He graduated from Kirtland High School in 2011 and from Baldwin Wallace University in 2015, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. He was pursuing his Master of Arts in History from Cleveland State University.
In his own words, Dylan loved "history, hockey, George Orwell's "1984", [and] The Departed." Dylan was a dedicated student who was passionate about early American history. He was a founding member of Baldwin Wallace University's chapter of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Dylan was an avid hockey fan, whose favorite team was the New Jersey Devils. He loved animals and his best friend was his dog, Sparky.
Dylan was loved dearly by his family, friends, fraternity brothers, professors, and classmates. In lieu of flowers contributions suggested to www.memoriesofdylan.com.
Funeral services at the funeral home Monday June 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment Woodvale Cemetery. Friends received Sunday Noon to 4 p.m. at the A. Ripepi and Sons Funeral Home, 18149 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, OH (West of I-71).

To the Ash Family and Friends,
I am deeply saddened to hear about Dylan's passing. He was an intelligent young man who was generally mellow and warm-hearted. I remember the first time I met Dylan, he was reserved yet ready to fully extend his mind and heart to learn how things worked at Playhouse Square. May he rest in peace and I pray that God blesses you all.
