Celeste Doliner Obituary
Daytona Beach - It is with much sadness that her family announces the passing of Celeste Doliner. She was 86 years old and lived in Daytona Beach for more than 60 years. She is survived by her son Harris Doliner and husband Jay Foley; son Stuart Doliner, daughter-in-law Barbara, and grandchildren Adam, Andrew and Amanda; son Joel Doliner, daughter-in-law Debbie, and granddaughter Rachel and husband Garrett Patrick, and grandson Sam; daughter Richelle Doliner-Waxberg and son-in-law Todd Waxberg; and her second husband, Howard Jacobson.
Celeste was a long-time friend and supporter of the Jewish Federation of Daytona Beach. In recognition of the tireless work and generous support of her first husband, Jerry Doliner (of blessed memory), the Jewish Federation named its food bank "The Jerry Doliner Food Bank" in his memory.
Celeste was involved in many organizations and an icon in the community. She will be sorely missed by her many friends and family.

Mrs. Doliner was a very energetic and wonderful Mother. I remember her well when they lived on S Peninsula and the kids were very young running around in the house. She seemed to always be "put together" beautifully in spite of her domestic duties. She was a lovely woman, had many blessings and she was a real credit to our Daytona Beach Community. I hope that the Doliner family is steeped in the many great memories of her life and that they find peace with her passing.

Celeste Doliner was larger than life. I truly loved Jerry & Celeste. They were my adopted uncle & aunt. They attended my bar mitzvah at Temple Israel and were always supportive of my endeavors in life. Every time Celeste and I would see each other, she would rush over and give me a great big hug and proclaim for all the world to hear "Charlie Lando (the name I went by in elementary, junior high, & high school), I watched you grow up into a mensch"! Celeste, you were the BEST, and I shall miss you! R.I.P. Charlie Cabiac, Ormond Beach
