Ruth M. Doliner

Ruth Margaret (Fletcher) Doliner, 82 years old of Millis, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. She was the wife to the late Manning Doliner, who passed in 2021. Born in Milford, April 30, 1942, the daughter of the late Harold and Alfreda (Nichols) Fletcher, Ruth grew up in Medway, and lived her adult life in Millis.
Before Ruth retired, she worked as a supervisor of environmental services at Medfield State Hospital and previous to that she worked at Castronics in Medway for many years. Ruth enjoyed quilting, sewing, crafting and shopping.
She is survived by her daughters Holli Merritt and her husband Peter of Norfolk, Rachel Simpson and her husband Anthony of TN, Shelbe Doliner of Millis, and Amy Sheehan and her husband Brendan of ME. She was also the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was the late sister of the late Dottie Osier, Edith La Bounty, Earl, Harold, Billy, Charles, Bobby (her twin brother) Fletcher.
A service for Ruth will be celebrated at Robert's Mitchell Caruso Funeral Home, 90 Curve Street, Millis, MA 02054 on August 26, 2024, 10:00 AM followed by interment at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
