Laura Toothaker Obituary
She grew up in Millis, MA and graduated Millis High School. She was the daughter of the late Alma (Hopf) Ellington and Homer John Ellington. She was the sister of the late John and Richard Ellington and Patricia Sansoucy, and she was sadly preceded in death by her life partner Edward Gavin. She is survived by her daughters Rayna Rivard of Nashua, NH, and Laura Jean Larson, (Rick(y), of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren Zachary Larson (Jeanette), Courtney Larson, Lorren Rivard-Anderson (Justin), and Olivia Rivard; and her Great Grand Children Nora, Ava, Jackson, Jaeliana, Jordyn and Lily.
Before Retirement Laura worked in sales and investments, and volunteered for the senior center and local hospital. By far her most prized position held was being a Mom and Mimi.
A memorial service for Laura will be celebrated on Friday, January 23, 2026, 11:00 AM. The family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 AM.
