Denis Michael Grady

A funeral mass for Denis Michael Grady, 71, will be celebrated on Thursday, January 30, 2014, 11:00AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bunnell. Denis passed away suddenly on January 25, 2014. He was born on December 15, 1942 in Johnstown, PA to the late John L. and Mary C. Grady (Cavanaugh). He retired as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, East Hanover, NJ in 1996. He and his wife, Donna, moved to Palm Coast in 2007 from Flemington, NJ. His memberships included St. Mary's Catholic Church, Grand Haven Golf Club and the Elk's Club of Palm Coast. He was a deeply religious man who whenever asked would happily sit vigil in the wee hours of the morning for Eucharist adoration on the First Fridays at Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church. Denis was an avid golfer of over 60 years and a voracious reader with a special interest in politics and national and world events. Denis is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Donna; son, Denis H. and his wife Danielle Grady of San Diego, CA; daughter, Erin E. and her husband John Doremus of Milford, NJ; brothers, John of Charleston, SC., Michael of North Canton, OH., Kevin of Johnstown, PA., seven grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
