Bighead was a very special person to the Bratcher family. I had a chance to know Gary, but the people that where close to him called him Bighead!! Bighead was a great man who taught me everything I know, we worked side by side on the farm together many many years. He was a loyal and dedicated person not only to Bratcher farms, but the gators to!! He will greatly be misses by our family as he is gone fishin forever. Rest in paradise Bighead until the day we meet again, save some fish for me until I get there. I guess god needed another farmer that's why he called u home!!! We all love and miss u Bighead love the Bratcher family.

Begin your Guest Book entry here. I have only one regret and that is that I didn't have more time to get to know Gary. I am thankful for the time that we shared and he will be greatly missed. He was an incredible father and was not afraid to express his feelings or emotions with the ones he loved. I am so happy that my daughter married into the Faison family. With every Gator game will come thoughts of you and Mitch calling one another about your team. Go Gators!!!

We all have our own memories of Gary; all different yet similar. Gary will be remembered for his wild and crazy days to his recent laid back family man stage. A truly nice person and devot Gator!

So many people come into our lives and some only touch us for a moment or for a season, but if we are truly blessed there are some that touch us for a lifetime. Gary, "BIG HEAD", touched our lives for a lifetime. Growing from teenagers to adults, from single to married with families, many memories have been made and many will be cherished by us. Thanks for your love and friendship, you will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten.

Our hearts ache with Debbie, Felice, Mitch, Becky and the grandchildren for their loss. We are holding you all in our thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.

Our sincere condolence to Gary's family and friends. John Wayne, before he knew he had lung cancer, was asked in an interview, how he wanted to be remembered. His answer was, "I just want to be remebered as a good man." Like John Wayne, we will all remember Gary "Big Head" Faison, as a good man. What greater tribute to a man, could there be?

Sincerely,
