Joyce Burnell Webster went home to be with our Lord and Savior, while in the arms of her beloved husband. She is predeceased by her parents Keith and Mable Russell; a baby girl, son Kenneth Webster, brother Kenneth Russell, and sisters Jeanette Williams and Jacqueline Jackson. Mrs. Webster was raised in Norfolk, Virginia, and educated at Booker T. Washington School. She traveled with her military husband to several military bases including: Lemoore, California; Millington, Tennessee; Jacksonville, Florida and Orlando, Florida. They finally retired to Deltona, Florida where she chose to buy and build her home. Joyce led a spiritual lifestyle and was a faithful member and steward of Greater Faith AME Church, Deltona, Florida. Joyce is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Mr. James Webster. She leaves to cherish her memory, sisters: Iris Heath, Gale Russell, and Louvenia Smith, Norfolk,VA.Sisters-in-law: Brenda Webster Gillcrese, Dover, Delware, Linda Webster, Philadelphia PA. and Bonita Webster, Acto, New Jersey. Brothers-in-law:Eddie Williams, Norfolk, VA.,Raymond Herring, Danville, VA., Sidney Webster, Acto, New Jersey ,Bruce Heath, Philadelphia, PA, and Edward Smith, Norfolk, VA. Homecoming Celebration will be announced at a later date. Burial will be at Steward Memorial Grounds, Geneva, FL at the convenience of the family. Rest in Peace, In Love The Family Charles A.
