Sean Swanson Obituary
Sean Lee Swanson, 46, of Springfield, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015, in Springfield.
He was born on May 24, 1969 in Springfield, Missouri, the son of Ronald and Wanda (Cummins) Swanson.
Sean won 19 Professional Bowlers Association regional titles and was a runner-up in the 1998 Oregon Open, his lone full season on the PBA National Tour. He owned and operated two Pro Shops in Springfield and Joplin.
Preceding him in death are his parents and two half brothers.
Sean is survived by his wife, Angie; son, Kaleb; daughter, Victoria; and step son, Justin; half sister, Vicki Matney; and numerous other family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Sean's name to "Strike Out Sarcoma" Cox Health Foundation (P.O. Box 8131 Springfield, MO 65801).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Hwy EE Springfield, MO) with a burial in White Chapel Memorial
Gardens.
