William Joseph Wagemann

William Joseph Wagemann, age 64, of Pismo Beach, California, passed away January 6, 2006, from natural causes. He was born March 10, 1941, the son of Bill and Erma Wagemann, of Nixa, Missouri. In 1959 he gradated from Parkview High School in Springfield. From 1959 until 1963 he served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, taking part in the Bay of Pigs Invasion in Cuba. Following his Marine Corps career Joe attended Cal Poly College for two years. He was employed as a paramedic for the Pismo Beach Fire Department. He retired as a carpenter working for Pismo Beach RV Resort. Joe is survived by his parents, Bill and Erma Wagemann a brother, Jim Wagemann and wife, Sandy a niece and nephew, Debbie and Dennis and a great-niece and great-nephew, Jeanna and Justin. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 17, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Rev. Jerry Francisco officiating. Burial will follow in Payne Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
