Dear Kate and family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. We all knew this day would come, but the fact that it has arrived doesn't make it any easier. I can only hope you find some small comfort in knowing Connie is now free from all worldly suffering and can now rest in peace.
Know that your loss is shared by all the family and friends, who knew him. He always had a smile on his face and that is how I will remember him.
My love to you all,
Anne
