Tim, Pam, paul and family my heart and prayers go out to you. Your folks always meant a lot to me. I still tell people of your farm in Joppa and the fun times I spent there. Your mom and dad always treated me like one of there own and I am sure he will be missed by all that had the pleasure to know him. Let God be with you always.

He said that he wasn't nobodys hero, but he was mine. With everything he went through and all the stories of his life i was amazed and convinced that he is my hero.

Dear Great Grandpa you are a hero. I've heard all your stories, everything that you went through as a child and it always amazes me to hear it. You are a role model, in all the amazing things you still do, like how you pray for your entire family daily by name, that was always the most amazing thing I ever heard. You also are a greatcard player. Ever since I started playing cards with grandma she would always tell me things you would do whenwhen you played against herher that would make her angry, like taking every ace that was laid down even though it didn't go with your cards at all, but you would win almost every time. Unfortunately I never got to beat the master at Rummy in his glory (I thought I could cause I always beat grandma, she would smile and say it wasnt fair) . So I guess that will just have to be the first thing we do in heaven, where you live, with golden sidewalks without pain and with your beautiful wife again (I always heard beautiful stories about her). Grandpa I'm glad to know you're in your happy place now where I know you have want to be for quite sometime now, so I see you in heaven when I get there, but I'm not rushing it I still got LOTS of work to do love u grandpa, talk to the big guy for me.
Love Sunshine (:

To be apart of the Shaw family in itself is something I have always treasured! I would tell grandpa it was all because of him building his family on a foundation of rock vs sand and he would always reply, "I wish I could take the credit for such great things, but I'm just a man and nothing on my own. Jesus is the only one that can do these great things." Well I thank Jesus for every day we had you, grandpa, and for the time I got to spend with you in December. Grandpa's last words to me in Florida was this, " Never compromise in this world...... Keep living for the Lord..... and we will be together again for eternity." RIP grandpa..... I'll see you again! I love you dearly!!!

"I remember how grandpa use to tell us stories about how he use to catch snakes n how he would catch them with his bare hands! He told me all about his adventures as a kid. I will miss him and I will see him up in heaven!" - great grandson 9 years old

I remember my grandpa so well. He was a great and loving man. He never had anything bad to say about anyone. He was even there at the hospital the day I was born. I will greatly miss him but I know that he is now with God and our sweet grandma, who I still miss and think about everyday. I am sad to see you go. And feel so sorry to not have been able to say good bye to you. But I am also glad that you are in a better place and with our grandma, Anna Belle. I will think of you both until the day we will all be together again. Thank you for all my Aunts and Uncles you raised awesome children but most of all thank you for my daddy, Mark Shaw. I love you Grandpa and tell Grandma I love her too. (((HUGS))) Forever!

There are many ways in which a man can touch the hearts and lives of people, many whom escape their notice. This man has touched so many more than he could have realized in this life, but now that he is on the other side he is fully aware.
I am referring to the legacy Harold Shaw has left through his children, among them is his son Mark David Shaw.
I met Pastor Shaw about 5 years ago. His life has radically changed my own. His hunger and thirst to know and teach others the truth of God's kingdom has impacted me and so many others.
During the years since first met him, Pastor Shaw has affectionately referred to his dear father, who was living in Florida. Often times you could catch a tear forming in the corner of his eye as he talked so fondly about him.
This is the legacy that I am personally a part of. For that I will be eternally grateful to Mr. Harold Shaw, a man who in spite of so many obstacles in his early life, decided to follow Jesus and establish a foundation for his children and their children to build upon.
Thank You Harold Shaw for your faithfulness.

Indeed the last of the Greatest Generation; a "Man Among Men!"
As evidenced by his fruit(his children), Mr. Harold ran the race with endurance - to the end!
May God Continue to Bless the Entire Shaw Family during this time of Mr. Harold's Homecoming.
Warmest Regards,

To all the Mr. Shaw family, our deepest sympathy. I had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago, when he gave my son, Robby, an interview because he was a WWII vet. He made a lasting impression on my son and me.

May the Holy Spirit comfort the Shaw family.
I never had the honor of meeting Mr. Shaw but the stories I have heard remind me of my grandfather, and I'm certain I would have enjoyed this man's presence.
A man who loves his family and most of all loved the Lord with all his heart. I'm sure he is rejoicing now, pain free and in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Many blessings to the family and may his legacy live on through his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pastor Mark Shaw and your family... What a beautiful tribute to this wonderful man. What an amazing legacy he left his family. ”…he prayed for all 90 of us by name every day.” This testifies as to the character of this tremendous man of God. The light of God and love for others shines through the photo of this lovely man. My condolences to you during this time of saying goodbye, knowing that he has gone on to be with the Lord, whom he so clearly loved and served. God bless you, Pastor Mark, and your entire family. It is my prayer that the seeds from what this precious saint planted in his offspring continue to bear much fruit for the kingdom of God.
