Wojciech Iwanowski Obituary
Cape Coral - Wojciech "Walter" Iwanowski, 48, a resident of Lee County, FL for the past three years, formerly of Queens, New York where he lived for 22 years, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018. He was born April 4, 1970 in Elk, Poland.
Walter was an amazing husband, father and friend. Many can tell you that he was always happy and full of life. His smile was the kind of smile that could light up the room. He was a hard worker, having worked his entire life to provide for his family. Nothing thrilled him more than the amazing family he had, or their newly purchased home. Anyone that had the pleasure to know him, knew him to be the smartest, kindest, funniest person they knew.
He is survived by his loving wife of six years, Anna Iwanowski of Cape Coral, FL; loving mother, Danuta Iwanowski De Talledo of Peru; daughter, Victoria Iwanowski of San Jose, CA; sister, Grazyna Gatowski (Leszek) of NY; stepson, Jacob Jasinski; godson and nephew, Tomek Prusynski; three nieces, Emilia, Ala and Daria; as well as countless other family members and close friends.
Walter was preceded in death by his father, Edward Iwanowski.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Mullins Memorial, 1056 NE 7th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33909. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
