Barbara Dillard Obituary
Barbara's life was touched by the everlasting love of her husband, Jerry Dillard, for over 60 years. The marriage was blessed by the joy of four beloved children, Jerry Junior ("Dilly"), Lisa, Keith (married to Carol) and Jerrinette (married to Louis). The births of three endearing grandchildren, Kendall, Kyle (twins) and Cara has ensured the growth of the family tree!
There was a special place in Barbara's big loving heart for her Aunt Jacqueline, nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, friends and loyal caregiver, Mrs. Viola Franklin, all who remain to honor her legacy.
Barbara loved, she gave love, and she was loved.
A funeral service will be held 1pm on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Diamond Hill Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Her remains will be open to the public one hour prior to the service at the church. Family and friends will assemble at the church. Condolences may be emailed to [email protected].

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Barbara will be greatly missed not only by family and friends but the many students in the Bedford Hills Library whose lives she impacted.
Her mentoring of those students who just needed a caring person set an example for all of us. I will miss hearing her voice and the help and encouragement she gave me during our time together.
