To the family of Charles Poston,
I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Poston. I truly enjoyed having the opportunity to get to know him as a customer of Bank of the James. Charles was very interesting to talk to and usually had me laughing when he would leave. I knew the last time I saw him, he was in quite a bit of pain with his back, which hurt me to know he was suffering. I will truly miss his presence.
My deepest sympathy is with all of you at this time.

So sorry to get this news about Charles, whom I have known since high school when he was drummer for the Dazzlers and dated Temby Sue who I also knew well as a teenager. I had lost track of him and did not know Temby had passed until he informed me in a happenchance business, phone conversation we had several years ago. I am happy he lived a long life and obviously did well as a professor. My heartfelt condolences are extended to his daughters and close friends.
