Inez CREWS Obituary
Inez Tuck Crews, 91, of Railview Road, Gladys, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at her home.
She was the wife of the late Joe A. Crews.
Mrs. Crews was born in Halifax County, April 20, 1917, daughter of the late Walker A. Tuck and Matie Hite Tuck. She was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness in Rustburg.
She is survived by two sons, Jackie Crews of Brookneal and Danny Crews and wife, Beverly, of South Boston; two daughters, Mae C. Saunders and husband, Louis, and Cathy C. Peade and husband, Kenneth, all of Nathalie; 13 grandchildren and three step-grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Beatrice T. Guthrie of Nathalie; one sister-in-law, Myrtle Crews of Nathalie; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Otey Tuck, Lloyd Tuck and David Tuck; and two sisters, Edna T. Francis and Marie T. Hammock.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today, July 11, 2008, at Henderson Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Morgan Chewing and Brother Mike Smith, with interment to follow in the Childrey Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2008, at Henderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Brookneal, and other times at the residence.

We are so sorry to just hearing about the passing of Inez. My mother( Hilda Dalton) has been very sick but now she is improving and will be coming to my home soon. I will tell mom soon about Inez, but don't want to upset her now in her condition. I know I have heard Mom mention Inez and how much she loves her. So our prayers are with each of you.
We are praying for comfort to each and everyone of you.

I am very sorry to hear that our dear sister have fallen asleep for the moment,but we do have the realization that the ressurection back to life will be a reality soon.
