Dear Celia - We only met you once, at Helen and John’s engagement party in Raleigh. But we never have forgotten your wonderful personality. Phil and I want to add to
your big family’s support our own love and support during this time
and always as our families unite.
Of course, Helen has adopted you long before now.

What an amazing personality! Leigh Anne taught me a lesson in how to be welcoming to someone you barely know. I started working with Leigh Anne in January of 2020 and she immediately welcomed me like a friend she had known for 20 years. We hung out at the Red Hat office in Raleigh for the first few months of 2020 and she completely brought me into the group. After we all went virtual she was the person that kept us all laughing throughout any tough times. She also always laughed at my jokes whether they were actually funny or not. I'm so happy I got to spend a year with Leigh Anne, I'll always remember how special she made everyone around her feel. Leigh Anne inspired me to make sure I let everyone around me know they are special and appreciated.

Dear Rich and the Sims family,
I am so very sorry for this immense loss. I got to know Leigh Anne through two of my best friends Becky Sowers and Michelle Scaraglino and was instantly charmed by her grace, humor, style, intelligence, and kindness. She will forever be remembered for being these things and more. Love to all of you.
