Louella Stone Obituary
Louella Hall Stone, 83, of Gladys departed this life on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Earnest Hall Sr and the late Paul Stone. She was the daughter of the late Luke and Louise Payne. She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and her son, Earnest Hall, Jr. She is survived by her sons, George "Porky" (Sharon) Hillman, Sr. and Thomas T. Hall, 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, a sister, Irene Clark, and an aunt Ilene Lyte, and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends at her devoted cousins and caregivers, Johnnie (Diane) Lovelace, 2719 Long Island Rd, Gladys Va. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Hills Creek Baptist Church in Gladys with Rev. John Price, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellis Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Nathalie. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com. Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Brookneal is in charge of arrangements.
