To the Posillico family,
I'am deeply disturbed of the passing of Joe. I had hoped to hook up with him at the reunion or at the club on PBA outings.
I'am sure he's up there with my brother Bob---talking over F'dale times or playing a round of golf.
Tears comes to my eyes writing this, realizing the great times we had and the the love I have for Joe.
Condolences from the Cousins Family---John, Tom, Jean and myself--Ducky.
Al and Jean(MacManus) Plitt sends their condolances.

When I met Joe in fourth grade, he was a big guy with a shy smile and a generous heart... After High School, I saw him again at our Reunion... Same big guy...Same smile ...Same big heart. We all feel, in some way, your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy and my wishes for your peace.

My deepest sympathies to all of Joe's family and to those of us who also loved him. Joe was a noble, yet humble leader who led the class of 1957 to greatness. He was a kind and gentle man and a wonderful guy! I was one of his cheerleaders in HS and he was our football hero. How we will miss him.

It was with sadness and shock to learn of Joe's passing. There were two opportunities in recent years I was hoping to connect with Joe again, a golf tournament at Cobblestone, FL in Nov '00 and the reunion this past September. Unfortunately that did not happen, so I had not seen him since graduation, but remember him with much fondness as our ever-smiling class president. My condolences and blessings to the whole family.

Dear Kay, Mario, Dom, all family and friends. What a shocker. Hard to imagine Joe is gone. He was such a good part of our childhood and you all have been "family" to me for so many years. Joe was a good buddy to me all through school and beyond. The obit (full story) was lovely and so true. I share your loss in small measure. Take care of yourselves and yours. Love, Susie

Dear Whitney and Family: My heart is broken for you all. What a terrible sadness, to lose this truly special man that was Joe. His friends at FHS were thrilled to have been able to see him for the first two reunions, after not seeing him for so long, and having him back in our lives. We will cherish all our wonderful memories of the very special friend and person that Joe was.

I would like to extend my thoughts and prayers to the Posillico family at this sad and difficult time. I have many fond memories of Joe, especially those that include his close friendship with Charlie Forte. Joe was always a great guy to be around and always made those around him feel special. Heaven has another great person and golfer to join the many foursomes we love above....
