DARLING - Julia Oakes, at the age of 98, on September 5, 2008 of East Setauket, L.I. Beloved wife of the late Russell E. Darling. Mrs. Darling was a retired school Teacher of the Three Village School District. Graveside Service 11am Tuesday September 9th, 2008 at the Setauket Presbyterian Churchyard Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be sent to the institution or charity that best Represents your affiliation with Julia O. Darling. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes Port Jefferson Station, L.I.

In loving memory of Julia Darling. She will be sorely missed by all of us here at The Bove Health Center at Jefferson's Ferry. She was a most amazing woman. It will not be the same here without her. May she rest in peace.
