Dearest Patrick,

It has been a year seen your passing and we pray that your spirt has been at peace. We celebrated David Jr. Birthday on the 19th and remembered you in silence. You would have been so very proud of him as he is doing well overall, but never forgets his Uncle Pat whom is in heaven with Mozart. May the lords blessing be with you always and forever as we will always keep your memories close to our hearts. Love and Peace Always,

Dearest Patrick,

It was exactly one year ago we celebrated your birthday at Walker & Willis with a jam session of the same 5 songs that we always play. We have fond memories of that day. Today we wish you the very best birthday with the lord's blessing your soul with peace. We will always keep you close to our hearts with the best of memories beside us. David Jr. sends you his love and you would have been so very proud of him today ! Our beloved Mozart had passed on 5 months ago. We know cats were not your favorite pets. In any event have a great birthday with love and peace always. The Matos Family - David, Gladys and David Jr.

Dear Mrs. Giannattasio, Gregory and Diana

I am so sorry to hear about your beloved son and brother Patrick's ( Pinky ) passing. It is still hard to believe.

I still remember the days when Diana and I used to listen to the Rolling Stones in one room while Pinky played Frank Sinatra's songs in his room. I will always remember Pinky when I hear Frank Sinatra's music.

May happy memories of Pinky fill your hearts with love and God bless you.

Love,

My brother Pat. a proud owner of Bits and Pieces bar in Valley Stream which now is a purple parking lot.

My brother loved his bar and all the friends he met through the 18 years of being there.

Then he had Walker and Willis a bar in Albertson and kept working untill he took his last breath.

So many from Walker and Bits came down to pay their respects.
and I personally thank them for all the support at this terrible time.

I will miss him dearly for he had a sharp sense of humor. Sweet with a growl...
I pray that God will let him stay close by us and guide us everyday.

It will be hard to walk into his room and not see him there
or to pick up the phone and call.

I'll always feel bad I missed his last call & now wonder what he wanted to say.
You never think that life can end so fast then when it does it rips your heart out & leaves you in total shock.

Pat will live on in our memories and in our hearts.I'll miss you forever Pat untill we meet again
love, your sister Diana,Pete
& all the dogs

Dearest Patrick,

We have so many fond memories of you in our pocket. They rattle among the change. Our memories of you are the deepest treasures we carry where ever we go. We have stored and kept all the bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole. They give us the comfort when we think we are alone. Yes, we have memories in our pocket, like so much other stuff we keep there. But of all the treasures we have it's the memories of you that are the most precious to our hearts. We hold a very special love for you in our hearts for what you meant to us we are torned apart. We will never forget the good times we had with you. We know you are in the best place of heaven and God is with you. David Jr. loved you so much and will miss you very, very much, but he will never forget you and keep you close to his heart. May the Lord's Blessing be upon you and your beloved family.

Love and Peace Always,
David, Gladys, David Jr. and Mozart (Valley Stream, New York)
