I am thinking about Bob as I sadly write this message to you, Anne, and the children. For more than 40 years you and Bob have been a treasured friend. I will miss him.

You will be in my prayers, as will Bob. Your friend for always, Kay Meyer.

I will always be grateful for what Bob did for the “Junior Dispatchers”. My fondest memories of Bob will be playing golf. It had to be a social event for Bob. Weather it was our TWA outings in Phoenix and Miami [Where Bob lost a dozen “orange” golf balls.] or the days at the local Long Island courses. 9 and lunch then finish the back 9 then his house for a few beers and snacks. Our deepest sympathy to you Ann and your family.

BOB WAS ALWAYS A GREAT CO-WORKER AND SOMEONE YOU COULD COUNT ON IN GOOD TIMES AND BAD. IT WAS A PRIVILEGE TO HAVE WORKED WITH HIM.

I always remember Bob as having a great zest for life. He was a kind of mentor for us younger Dispatchers at TWA and I admired and respected him a great deal. I am truly sorry and offer my condolences to Ann and family.
