PALO - Stefan, Jr., 66, of East Patchogue NY, on August 6, 2008. Employee of the Brookhaven National Laboratory for 29 years. Beloved husband of Maria Anna (nee Bednarik). Loving father of Stefan III, Michael, Joseph and Daniel. Dear brother of Michael. Cherished grandfather of Shawn, Scott and Steven. Arrangements entrusted to the Ruland Funeral Home, Inc. (South of LIE Ext 63) 500 N. Ocean Ave., Patchogue, NY. Family to receive friends Friday from 5-9pm and Saturday from 2-4pm. Visiting will resume on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Colonial Memorial Funeral Home in Woodbourne, NY. Mass of Christian Burial, 11am on Monday at the Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Woodbourne, NY. Interment to follow in Fantinekill Cemetery in Ellenville, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Tribute Program; St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; 501 St. Jude Place; Memphis, TN 38105-1942.

Steve - you left a a void in our lives too soon, and now you are resting on the promise that one day, we will all see each other again. As you rest, you can be proud of the wonderful legacy you left behind, four wonderful boys and 3 precious grandkids. The sorrow is ours, the victory is yours.
