Dear Josie and Family, I and my Family were very sad to hear about Steve. He was always a happy and cheerful guy when we spoke to him. He had a wonderful personality and will be missed. Keep your hearts warm with the happy memories of him and knowing he was very well liked and loved by many folks in Sayville.

Mr. Hintze was a cheerful man. He knew my son was a Yankee fan, and it always brought a smile to our faces to see his handwritten note on the school mailings. Our hearts and prayers go out to your family.
