Thomas McCready Obituary

McCready - Thomas Edward "Tom", of Smithtown, NY, sadly passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 75 after a prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife, Linda; sisters, Margaret and Eileen; son, Kevin; daughter-in-law, Tracy; daughter, Melissa; daughter-in-law, Linette; and four amazing grandchildren, Caleb, Luke, Naomi and Sylas, who will always miss their "Pops." Thomas was a veteran of the United States Army and served as a Suffolk County Police officer for over 30 years. Wake will be held at the A.L. Jacobsen Funeral Home in Huntington Station on Thursday, July 24, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. There will be a Mass at St. Hugh of Lincoln Roman Catholic Church in Huntington Station on Friday, July 25, at 9:30am.
