Billy was and is my best friend, he always told me no matter what we still be friends. He know me better then I know myself, but that was Billy always knew what to say and the best listener. The only picture I have and will never get rid of is when we where enjoying life, cause he always made the best out of everything. Billy your in my thoughts and prayers and I will never forget you. Love You Always Ryan.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Billy. A parent should never have to lose a child. At least he had Mom waiting for him.
