Marc Wery Obituary
Marc was born June 10, 1967, in Algoma, Wisconsin, the son of (late) Henry Wery. He moved to Alaska in 1985 after graduation to work, and it was the first step to his life filled with many adventures. He fell in love with Alaska and remained there until 2012, when he ventured to Arizona.
Marc was an amazing man who touched many lives. Whether it was work, travel or play he made friends wherever he went. He was always putting others before himself, treating everyone like family. Life was always an adventure when he was around - camping, hunting, fishing, NASCAR, bike rallies and just hanging out with friends and family in the backyard. When not working, Marc enjoyed working with wood, building things in the garage, where he had a little woodworking shop. It became one of his favorite things to do at home when he was not riding his Harley. Riding his bike was always his greatest passion.
He enjoyed playing with his grandbabies and spoiling them rotten. He was known by them as "Grandpa Wee." They always said: "He is little, like me." He was a trickster and loved to make people laugh. He was truly a remarkable man. Marc will be missed by all, and the memories he left us with will be cherished forever.
Marc is survived by his wife, Linda, and family, Christina and Andy Swenson, Misty and Andrew Posekany, and Nicholas Wery; sister, and family, Tracy, Willy, Devon, Trevor and Savanah Brunette; and grandchildren, Chloe Cavan, Rylan and Brendan Swenson. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Wery; and granddaughter, Alexcia Baril.
A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. July 22 at the Badger Den.

Condolences to all. Mark was a fun and carrying person. Did put friends first and loved to play. He will be missed and memories will keep him alive in our hearts...to young to be forgotten!
