Surviving: sons, Murphy Byon Franks and wife, Jackie of Youngsville, and Richard Alpha Franks and wife Nancy of Apex; daughter-in-law Debbie Williams of Willow Springs; grandchildren, David Franks, Scott Franks, Wendy Runkal, Sandy Tutor, Michele Pope, Angela Adkins; four step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; Nate Franks, Brandon Franks, Haley Runkal, Jake Franks, Jessica Pope, Bailey Pope, and William Pope; four step-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. today at Sugg Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Richard and Nancy Franks, 2809 Ringgold Dr., Apex.
