David was a great Physical Therapist and a great co-worker. He will be missed by all of us at Gentiva as well as all of his patients. He always treated everyone with dignity and respect. I will continue to pray for his family whom he loved so much.

It is so hard to understand the loss of a loved one. My heart is breaking for you Kelleigh and for your girls. I know losing David will be the hardest thing you all have had to endure. KNOW that God has plans for you all, a plan to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. He loves you all so much, cling to the cross. Your family is in our family's prayers.
