Elbert Bailey Obituary
Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife, Maxine Grubbs Bailey; daughters, Melissa McLean and husband, Tommy of Charlotte, Deborah Bailey of Cary; grandsons, Thomas McLean and Christopher McLean; mother, Ruth Bailey of Williamston; brother, James Bailey and wife, Cheri of Poquoson, VA.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 4 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, 401 N. Ennis Street, Fuquay-Varina and other times at the home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Suite 10, Raleigh, NC 27615

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Baker. He was a very good man, I enjoyed the times I had a chance to talk with him. I always tried my best through mom to keep in touch with Baker. My heart and prayers go to his entire family.

Although it had been a while since I had seen Baker, he was one of the first people I met when I joined Northrop Services back in 1975. He was a very talented individual with his electronic knowledge. He was also a very witty and cheerful person and thoroughly enjoyed bringing cheers and smiles to peoples faces and that he did so well..He will be sorely Missed. My condolences go out to his wife and family. God Bless!!
