To Uncle Toussaint and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Aunt Greta this week. Its too bad when friends move away from close love ones and hear about something like this after the fact. Moma and Aunt Greta were like two peas in a pod along with all of the members of the Chain (the Fayetteville crew). We shall miss her but know that she is finally at peace along with her brother and others. If you ever need us for anything, please do not hesistate to call us. Loving you all, James Hawkins, Betty Jo, Brian, Quentin and Darryl. Keep God close to you and know that he is your comforter and will give peace over time. Love Ya

To Tonya and my wonderful extended family, the Avents:
I say my family because your mother always worked hard at making our families seamlessly blended. What a huge loss to this family. I will miss your mother's huge presence, classy charm and remarkable sense of humor. I wish I was there this week to show my support to you all but please know that I am there in spirit. You have all been in my thoughts and prayers this past week and will continue to be in the coming weeks. Love you and God bless you all. Scottie and the kids.
