We will miss our cherished neighbor who talked about her daughter and grandchildren all the time and we felt as if we knew them.
She loved her own dogs, but seemed to love all the other dogs in the neighborhood as well.
Living across the street from her was like having a mother or grandmother closer by. She praised our children all the time and told us to "leave them alone, they are good kids" when we fussed at them for doing something wrong. We still have not quite accepted that she is gone.
We know that she is in Heaven and no longer suffering. Selfishly, we are sad. There will be no more random chit chatting on the phone and/or talking to her when she walked the dogs.
Our condolences to her family and they will be in our prayers. Ms. Janie will be sorely missed.

JANIE ALWAYS HAD THE BIGGEST SMILE ON HER FACE, SO UPBEAT AND CHEERFUL--SHE JUST MADE MY DAY. SHE WAS ONE OF THE FINEST PEOPLE THAT I HAD THE PRIVELEGE OF WORKING WITH AT AT&T. SHE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Janie was a pleasure to work with at AT&T. I am the one that "provided" her with Max and Pepper many years ago. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Miss Me, But Let Me Go
When I come to the end of the road,
and the sun has set for me.
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little—but not too long,
and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that was once shared.
Miss me, but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take, and each must go alone.
It’s all a part of the master’s plan, a step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know.
Bear your sorrow in good deeds. Miss me, but let me go.

To my sisters and sisters in Christ, it is hard when death comes but doing this time the Lord will comfort our hurting hearts. Words can not make our sorrows any easier to bear but they can show how deeply others sympathize and care. I hope the memories we had as childhood and school friends will comfort you. My prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Janie was wonderful lady. I had the pleasure of working with her for years at Embassy Suites Hotel. We missed Janie after she left the hotel. I have often thought of her and was sadden to see that she passed. My heartfelt sympathies-
