John Thomas Duffy, 28, of Raleigh, died Friday August 5th, 2016 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday August 13th at Grace Community Church, located at 6561 Meridian Drive Raleigh NC 27616. A native Raleigh, John was the son of Michael Thomas Duffy and Elizabeth Brooks Duffy. He was a 2006 graduate of Millbrook High School. John is survived by his sister, Sarah Catherine Duffy and brother, Matthew Fitzgerald Duffy, both of Raleigh. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Healing Transitions of Raleigh at healing-transitions.org

Duffy Family,
We were out of town and were not able to attend John's service. Scott and I are truly sorry to have heard about his death. John was truly a special guy and not once did he ever miss the chance to welcome us or acknowledge us at our many times at Duffy's.A hug was always there.Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
