Marshall Thomas Watkins

December 19, 1945 - June 16, 2017

Raleigh

Born in Lillington, NC to Howard and Mary Watkins. He was an exceptionally loving husband to Debbie, and a wonderful dad to their son Mark and their daughter Denise and her husband Ritch Funderburk. He adored his grandsons Noah and Cayden Funderburk. He is also survived by his brother Bill Watkins. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, June 22 at Christ Baptist located at 400 Newton Rd, Raleigh. Light reception and visitation afterwards.

Marshall, Daddy, you were like a dad to me growing up. I loved coming over to see Denise and you and Debbie/momma would be up watching a movie and you always welcomed me with open arms. Love truly flowed from you and Debbie and it continues to live on in Debbie , Denise, Mark, And your precious grandkids. I love you Enise D family,
