Perry Holstein Obituary

Perry Floyd Holstein, Jr, 85 of Greenville, SC, formerly a resident of Raleigh, NC passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC following a battle with Huntington's disease.
He retired from Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1981 after 36 years of service in sales and management. He was a member of Church of the Nativity in Raleigh, NC and served during WWII in the US Naval Reserves.
Perry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Julia "Julie" Peltz Holstein; daughter, Holly E. Caprell and her husband, Rev. James E. Caprell of Simpsonville, SC; sister, Mary Catherine Henson of Charleston; grandchildren, Owen and Joshua Caprell of Simpsonville, SC.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2007 at St. Marks Episcopal Church, 405 B Street, St. Albans, WV with Rev. Diane Corlett officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, WV.
Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, 409 Sixth Avenue, St. Albans, WV.
A memorial service will also be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at The Gardens of Eastside, 275 Commonwealth Drive, Greenville, SC.
In lieu of flowers, please send your memorials to either, First Presbyterian Church, 510 E. Curtis Street, Simpsonville, SC 29681 or Church of the Nativity, 8849 Ray Road, Raleigh, NC 27613.
