To all the families, Taylor, Saadi, Critelli and to Albert's children, who were all so little the last time I saw you, I am deeply saddened by Albert's passing. I had many a fun time with him; man did we laugh, sober or not :). He was always kind, genuine, loving, passionate, gave great advice and so accepting of me. I have so man fond memories of Uncle Al, which I am forever grateful and blessed to have. I think of him and you all often. May grace and peace fill you hearts today and everyday going forward. God speed old friend.

To all of the Taylor Family, My deepest condolences. Having just lost my brother Charlie to cancer this year I know how painful and the sorry one feels. So sorry when my mom told me about Al's passing. We played baseball together for years when we were young on the PAL teams and later played against each other in high school. Many good memories of his quick smile and passionate love of playing. I know Charlie played against him in softball in the industrial league. Hadn't seen him in many ,many years but in reading the obituary and other comments here ,he was always a great guy, teammate, friend and most of all a great dad ,husband and coach. So sorry for your loss. Hope he and charlie are playing some ball up in heaven!

My condolences to the Taylor family. I attended Abbott Tech with Albert in the classroom and the machine shop. He was always a pleasurable human being and very competitive. When we played sports in our gym class you always wanted to be on his team. You were bound to win lol. But if you made a mistake Al would let you know lol. RIP my friend.

My wonderful memories of Albert journey way back to our years at Abbott Tech when even then, as a very mature teenager, Al displayed so many admirable qualities . His kindness, warmth, decency and caring was genuine and beyond his years. I also remember his fierce competitiveness on the baseball field. He always gave 150% of himself for the team every time he stepped onto the field , even in the early years when victories were hard to get. He would often say " we are up the middle " referring to our positions.
My brother Bobby at catcher, me at shortstop and Al in centerfield . I feel blessed to have known such a fine man and my deep condolences to the family. Rest in peace Al, along with Bobby , on the big field "up the middle", up in heaven. You will be greatly missed.

I'm sadder then I could ever say. Al was such a good soul. Working with him at K-C and then helping him coach girls softball for many year. He had such a wonderful way with the team. Always caring and coaching all the girls and teaching them teamwork. Al is a man that will surely be missed and will leave a hole in the world. Rest in peace coach.
