Elizabeth Orzech Obituary
Elizabeth Bilski Orzech of New Milford, CT, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 in Litchfield, CT at the age of 96.
She was born July 21, 1924 in New Milford, CT, daughter of the late Marion and Kostanzia (Sieniankoska) Bilski. She graduated from New Milford High School in 1942. Elizabeth had lived in Kent, CT, and New Milford. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church, the Daughters of Isabella, a volunteer at the New Milford Thrift Shop, an avid Scrabble, Bingo and card player. Elizabeth had a special place in her heart for helping anyone who was in need.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Henry H. Orzech. She is survived by her children Leon Angelovich of New Milford, CT, Thomas Orzech and his wife Joan of New Milford, CT, Mark Orzech and his wife Suzanne of Round Rock, TX, Elaine Angelovich Fogarty and her husband Everett of New Milford, CT, Karen Orzech and her husband Lance Collister of Frenchtown, MT; 10 grandchildren, Kelly and Andrew, Alexandra and Nicholas, Stephanie, Ashley and Michelle, Colleen, Kevin and Sharon; 10 great-grandchildren, Ava and Luke, Aidan, Leo, Rita, Sophie, Huck, Jasper, Nolan and Noelle.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, June 18, 2021 at St. Francis Xavier Church in New Milford, CT at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
Contributions in Elizabeth's name may be made to Covenant House, 96 Elm Street, Danbury, CT 06810. Arrangements by the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT.

So sorry to hear of Betty´s passing. I had many fond memories of her and some great Scrabble games (she always beat me at). She will be deeply missed.
