Georgette Tomaino Obituary
1930-2025
Georgette Y. Tomaino, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family on October 27, 2025. She was 94 years old.
Born on November 20, 1930 in Danbury, CT. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony "Tony" Tomaino.
Georgette is survived by her children; Laureen (Ron) Kellner, Gary (Michelle) Tomaino, Karen Chiaramonte and Diane Guadagno, her grandchildren and siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church with interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street) from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. To view full obituary please visit www.danburymemorial.com

Aunt Georgette - a wonderful, kind, compassionate, soft-spoken, loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt and friend. Never a harsh word spoken, always understanding and compassionate towards others. And, aside from loving her sweets and scratch-off lottery tickets, she loved and adored her children and grandchildren unconditionally more. She was a wonderful aunt, an unforgettable aunt... welcomed her nieces and nephews when we were children and as adults - always up for conversation, laughter and being with family. Aunt Georgette was truly THE best, and she will be forever missed and highly regarded in the wonderful memories I have of her. My condolences to her entire family - those by blood and those by choice.
