I have many memories of Kookie but mostly that he always had a smile on his face & a dance in his step. Ih by some chance you lucky enough to be a female and, there's music playing, he's got you on the dance floor!!! He's not a bad Pool player either. We had him as our sub many times and sometimes he subbed for a few people do to illness & meetings. R.I.P. Sweet dear man.

Kookie was a beautiful person who lit up the room. His kindness, sense of humor and adventurous spirit captivated and inspired all who met him. I am deeply saddened and extend my heartfelt sympathy to his children, grandchildren, all his family and close friends. He will be missed by so many.

I will miss seeing and dancing with Kookie every Friday morning in our Zumba class. He was a front-row dancer and we all loved him. he always had a smile on his face and his presence made us smile as well.

My deepest sympathy to Kookie's family. I remember Kookie being so funny, but always professional, when I knew him from being an outside vendor at Perkin Elmer. I always looked forward to speaking with him. May he rest in peace.

Gerhart worked at the polls during the Election for me. He was always so upbeat and willing to do any task assigned with a smile. We will miss him.
