It was a cool night back in Oct. 1977 as I walked up the rust colored stairs, that I first saw this strong man, sitting, waiting to meet me. It was apparent he was well educated. He was well spoken, I was intimidated. As years went by, I observed a man who adored his wife, who enjoyed sitting by the pool with his children, grandchildren, a man who became excited over simple things. I am honored he is my childrens gido. Although my sons and myself are far and circumstances would not permit us being in Ct., our hearts are broken and with you. Dad (forever my father in law), thank you for so so much, for being you. hugsss kissesss..and this is not good bye, it is bye, see you later.

Dad's life was all about loving family, loving friend's, and loving life.
We are here to celebrate that life.
He was a great man, a great husband, a great father, and a great mentor who will be dearly missed.
If I had half his brain's and half his personallity, I would be a very rich man.
Thank you dad, for being very special and a very great part of our live's. Our hearts are broken and we will miss you very much.
We love you dearly. May God keep you in his arms to prepare for our next meeting.

I went to high school with Randy. I remember his father as being very nice and always making me feel welcome whenever I would visit the house in Brookfield. I still remember the stuffed grape leaves his mom made for supper. Nice man, nice family.

I worked with Mr Nimer many years ago at Amphenol; I was a teen and in high school. I can still remember him and what a truly gracious man he was. The good Lord is allowing me to even visualize him walking into the office with a spring in his step and a smile on his face, and always saying Good Morning. He was a true gentleman.
God bless you all. Myrna Berry

What can we say - we will miss Uncle Jimmy - a man who always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. He loved his family more than life itself. God Bless all of you - and know that he is in a better place - without pain. We know our dad (and Gido) welcomed him with open arms.
We will miss him deeply.
All our love
