I met Joe in the early 80's at a Arboriculture class the CTPA was putting on. He was very easy to listen and talk too. I came away from that class with some very real working knowledge. Years later I hired Joe to consult on a few higher end projects I had some concerns with. He came up with solutions and plans to go forward with them and put me at ease. Joe will be missed by many and my most heart-felt condolences go out to his family. Sincerely, Chip
