Peter F. Morabito
Peter Francis Morabito, age 91 of Danbury, CT died Saturday, December 2, 2023 in Danbury. He was the husband of the late Bessie (Bass) Morabito.
He was born in Mount Kisco, NY Feb. 7, 1932 a son of the late Marino and Giovanna (Pecora) Morabito. Peter served in the US Navy and was a resident of Danbury for over 70 years. He worked as a Machinist at Risdon Manufacturing for 20 years until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman, had a passion for both baseball and hockey and loved western movies and country music.
Peter is survived by his daughters: Diane Mohs and her husband James, Janet Morabito all of Danbury; step-daughter: Carol Webb of New Milford, CT; step-son: Ronald Webb and his wife Susan of Danbury; 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by step-son: Richard Webb and his with Judith.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. There are no calling hours. Hull Funeral Service, Danbury is handling arrangements.
